Returns and Refunds Policy
No digital product is eligible for return or refund. Digital files are delivered immediately upon your completed purchase and as we cannot remove them from your computer, all sales are final once they have been purchased.

PRINTED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
All of our physical products are made to order, just for you, therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong style, size, or color, give inaccurate shipping details or simply change your mind. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on the products page.
Shipping insurance is available for purchase at checkout. This will protect your product with the mail carrier during delivery.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. You will have 20 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed, and in its original packaging. Contact us with details about your order, your order number, and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions for returning your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. After we receive your item and inspect it, we will inform you of the status of a replacement or a refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund to your original method of payment.
**Items purchased as "Damaged or Overstock Inventory" or as Final Sale, are not eligible for refunds or returns.
